Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of hair, dirt, or signs of outdoor use.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our workshop; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the item to confirm it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
